REFUND POLICY

At EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our services. We strive to provide efficient and effective digital solutions to our clients. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit for future EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS orders.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please log in to the Eroadmap.in platform using the email address associated with your payment. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “forgot password” option to reset it. Select the engagement that does not meet your expectations and mark it as “Not Satisfied.” We will expedite the resolution process by involving the relevant agents and managers. Please note that while we can control delays on our end, we cannot control delays on the government side or deficiencies in submitted documents. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to complete your engagement to the best of our ability.

30 Day Refund Policy

If an engagement does not progress as per your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, you can opt for a refund to be processed as a service credit, which can be used for any other future service.

Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to complete the service. In the event of dissatisfaction, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + government fees paid would be applicable. If there is a change of service, the cancellation fee would not apply. Refunds will be subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. Additionally, if EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS has invested time and resources in completing the engagement or has incurred other fees, these fees will be deducted on a best judgment basis, and the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS shall refund up to 80% of the fee paid by the client.

Change of Service

If you wish to change the service you ordered for a different one, you can request this change within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee, money paid to government entities, or third parties, will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded or credited towards the new service. There will be no 20% deduction in case of a change of service to the same value or a higher value.

Request Refund

To initiate a refund request, log in to Eroadmap.in and select “Get Help” to start the process. Additionally, send an email to contact@eroadmap.in with transaction details to commence the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of the request, along with all relevant information.

Penalty or Tax Payment

EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, as a corporate service provider, assists in filing necessary documents, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure accuracy. We do not cover penalties or taxes on behalf of clients. EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client related to services beyond the agreed scope.

Factors Outside our Control

Results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as government rejections or delays in processing. Delays caused by government platforms or other external factors are not eligible for a refund and are beyond the scope of our guarantee.

Force Majeure

EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service due to events beyond our reasonable control. These events include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, EROADMAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is not liable for any interruptions, delays, or cessation of services.
