We built eRoadMap because we needed eRoadMap.
The business behind the advice came first.

From zero to ₹27Cr annual sales.
We entered ecommerce in 2013 with no clear mentor, no step-by-step playbook and more questions than answers. What should we sell? Where should we sell? How do we know whether we are actually making money? Which service provider can we trust?
We learned by paying for mistakes. Accounting and TDS issues. Legal notices. Wrong pricing. Ads that burned money. Service providers who could execute a task but could not explain the business logic behind it.
Eventually, we understood the bigger lesson: ecommerce is not a listing, an ad account or a marketplace login. It is a business system. Product, economics, content, trust, fulfilment, advertising, inventory, people and review rhythms have to work together.
That learning took us from our first order to an ecommerce business doing approximately ₹27Cr annually.
We wish someone had shortened that learning curve for us.
So in 2023, we began building eRoadMap — not to become another agency that keeps the client dependent, but to become the business coach and implementation partner we wish we had when we started.
You may outsource the work. Never outsource the understanding.
When somebody runs your ads, changes pricing, moves inventory or recommends a marketplace, you should know why. Capability transfer matters because the founder and team must eventually be able to judge whether the work is good.
Clarity
Know what matters now and what can wait.
Execution
Turn the roadmap into work that actually gets done.
Capability
Train your team and keep the understanding inside the business.
